Use techniques like the Pomodoro Technique, which involves working for 25 minutes followed by a 5-minute break, to enhance productivity. Additionally, identify and manage internal triggers such as stress or boredom that may lead to distraction. Practice mindfulness or meditation to improve concentration and reduce the urge to multitask. Setting clear, achievable goals and breaking tasks into smaller steps can also help maintain focus. Lastly, communicate your boundaries to those around you, letting them know when you need uninterrupted time to work

After that, drink a glass of water to rehydrate.  then spend about 10-15 minutes practicing mindfulness or meditation, which helps clear my mind and set a positive tone for the day. Following this, then enjoy a healthy breakfast rich in protein and fiber to fuel your body. take some time to review your goals and plan your day, prioritizing tasks and setting clear intentions. If time permits, you engage in a brief reading session or listen to a podcast to stimulate your mind. Finally, you get ready for the day by showering and dressing in comfortable, appropriate attire. This routine helps create a balanced start, promoting physical health, mental clarity, and productivity throughout the day. By sticking to this routine, you feel more organized and ready to tackle the challenges ahead.
